Dwayne came out quickly to diagnose the issue with my fridge. He communicated each step of the way as we waited for LG to send the warranty parts. Once they arrived we came out right away to complete the repair. Very professional. Hopefully I won’t have another issue with any other appliances, but if I do, they will be the first one I call.

Dwayne provided exceptional service. He was very responsive, courteous and took the time to answer my questions over the phone before he came out to give me an estimate. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.!!!!

Thank you A Plus for repairing the ice maker switch on my fridge. I was impressed with the tech’s professionalism. He made a special effort to obtain the part required and returned after hours to install it. Few companies provide customer service like that today.

Dwayne was professional, knowledgable and quick to diagnose and fix the problem. We only needed a freon fill for now. Didn’t charge us anything extra and put fee into the service, no additional.

Recently my clothes dryer stopped working on Friday. I searched online for a repair company on Saturday and decided to give A One Appliance Repair a call. I was very pleased that my call was answered immediately and Duwayne was able to come to check the dryer the same day and get it working until he could find a re placement part which he installed the

Derek was able to quickly diagnose the problem (idler bearing) and repair our dryer while at the house. Upon re-attaching a cover, the plastic edge cracked and broke. Derek quickly offered solutions and they replaced the broken part for free, making an extra trip out. Dwayne replaced the cover and showed the same quality & attention as Derek. Definitely will use them again.
